A birth certificate is acceptable for children without photographic ID. Legal guardians must also bring documentation proving guardianship of your child.

I had my second lobe piercings done on 6 December 2025 with Jenny. Firstly, the place is extremely welcoming for LGBTQIA+ people and is neurodiverse friendly, which personally set me a lot more at ease.
Although, I personally have no issues with needles, Jenny explained every step of the process and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding with the piercing. Then we went through the aftercare which was also very well explained. The whole experience was very chill and friendly.
I asked for photos of my new piercings and Jenny was happy to take some and send them to me.

Excellent friendly and efficient service. The place is immaculate and very hygienic. It's great that it's geared towards putting neurodivergent people/teens at ease. Perfect for my teen with ADHD!
